 +1 for making block themes more visible. As much as I love @jeffikus idea
 I agree with the @luminuu. I think we need something a bit more visible.
 And if we go with this idea, agree with @elmastudio, the left positioning
 is much better than beside the Commercial Themes. Maybe, in that case, to
 make the Block Themes as a button. I'm also leaning more towards the
 @kafleg suggestion :)
