 @estelaris You're a HelpHub Manager so I think you should be able to
 create these new categories yourself, you can confirm this by navigating
 to:

 > https://wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/edit-
 tags.php?taxonomy=category&post_type=helphub_article

 What might be additionally required are some redirects for old categories,
 if this is required I'd suggest a new meta ticket with those details.
