containing title and description has linking issue.

 In https://wordpress.org/support/category/troubleshooting/ the sections
 containing the title and description having a link to the whole div. So
 the white space between the title and description will also redirect. So
 the solution is to give the links to the title and description and remove
 the link from the whole div.
