 This PR (https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress.org/pull/52):

 Adds Openverse to the list of external bug trackers, used to display
 notices when trac components with external bug trackers are selected from
 the Component dropdown in the Pattern Directory.

 Note that Openverse needs to be added to the list of meta trac components
 before this is useful!
