 `Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting
 the value of 'projects' exceeded the quota.`

 Looks like that this might be related to why some PTEs can't see newly
 added projects in the listing.

 I'm going to try using modern-browser builtin gzip compression to see if
 that'll reduce the json payload size (It's very repetitive..) to a size
 that is storable.
