#6018: Fix URL in block editor replacement so redirect not needed

 The URL string replacement is using an older location (designers-
 developer) in the string replacement, this then triggers a redirect to the
 new location. So nothing is noticeably broken but there is an extra
 redirect. Plus the URL in the source is wrong which is not the best for
 SEO.
