 Trying to upload an Image
 IMGP0178.JPG size 12.9 MB and get the following error,
 BLANK Screen and url https://wordpress.org/photos/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

 This is the 4th time I have encountered this error and the "failed"
 submissions are now stuck in my moderation queue, so only able to upload 1
 image currently, and if I have another failure I would be unable to upload
 anything,...details below
