 I inadvertently broke this on `2022-01-10` while upgrading the javascript
 for it. Should be restored now with r18474-dotorg.

 As there's no reliable localised variant of the news blog, this isn't
 possible at present.
 While many locales do translate blog posts, there's no guarantee of it or
 even expectation placed upon locale teams for it. There's a much larger
 discussion to be had about translations of those posts.
