 Something looks quite off in the Trac source browser:

 1. Go to https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/5.9/src/wp-
 admin/install.php.
 2. Scroll down for a bit to line 112.
 3. You'll see parts of the source markup rendered on the page in a way
 they are no supposed to be.

 Reproduced in the latest Edge and Chrome.
