 Looking through my history of emails from the Forums, it looks like you're
 right..

 Thread **updates** don't appear to include the plugin/theme name, that is,
 replies to a thread you're subscribed to.

 Plugin Subscriptions (ie. new threads) DO include it, but that's not what
 this ticket is about :)

 I don't interact often with plugin support threads, and there's rarely any
 responses after I reply when I do, so I'd not noticed the lack of the
 plugin in the title.
