 The theme review team name was changed a couple of years ago and they call
 it the Themes team now. But on the themes page, there is still Theme
 Review Team mentioned.

 If you check the themes directory page, https://wordpress.org/themes/ and
 check Stay Up-to-Date section in the footer area, you will see that text.

 So, this text needs to be changed to make it consistent.
