 This is not a warning, is an error, so I think we should add a new class,
 something like the
 [https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress/blob/f6c286c293110daed1494da2d18ea9133c939e83
 /gp-includes/warnings.php GP_Translation_Warnings], in GlotPress, and then
 deploy it to [https://translate.wordpress.org/ translate.wordpress.org].
 We can use the patch developed by @akirk as a starting point to do this.
