 This is supposed to have been fixed, If you attempt to paste Site Health,
 it inserts as a Code block.. Or at least does for me, the code is upstream
 in Blocks Everywhere.

 Due to how Gutenberg handles pastes, and how inconsistent Browsers are, I
 suspect that the paste data that the code saw for that post was not
 complete so it didn't trigger the code.. Will need to find a way to
 duplicate it. The Browser in question for that post was FireFox/109 on OS
 X.
