 I just pushed a quick fix in [12334] to disable the block editor on
 articles — the feedback form at the end of the page
 ([https://wordpress.org/support/article/before-you-install/ for example,
 here]) was trying to load the block editor, but was missing the `postbox`
 dependency, so instead it loaded no form. I don't have enough background
 on this project to know how to fix that specifically, but since the focus
 is forums, I've just disabled it here for now.

 This doesn't change the editor on the forums themselves.
