 In terms of accessibility, we would need to disable the feature for people
 who has `prefers-reduced-motion` enabled, but in general, I don't think
 this will have an especially positive impact on users' experience.

 The navigation between sections will be smoother, yes, but with the cost
 of adding some milliseconds of waiting for every click. If you are
 navigating documentation, for example, it can get annoying pretty quickly.
