 I'm getting white screens of death while uploading photos to the photo
 directory. It seems to be related to file size.

 These ones uploaded OK:
 - https://wordpress.org/photos/photo/21262f58b7/ - 6 971 683 bytes (7 MB
 on disk)
 - https://wordpress.org/photos/photo/95362f58dd/ - 8 130 520 bytes (8,1 MB
 on disk)

 These ones didn't:
 - https://we.tl/t-bOcQOvMO2x - 8 539 392 bytes (9,4 MB on disk)
 - https://we.tl/t-2EHct5F4v9 10 125 006 bytes (10,5 MB on disk)
 - https://we.tl/t-tLDWBYbZKS - 7 707 651 bytes (8,5 MB on disk)

 Feel free to use the 3 last files to test the form, but remove them
 afterward so I can upload them again with my account.

 Also, there should be some kind of cleanup, as attempts to upload these
 photos ended up filling the moderation queue, and the user won't be able
