 We can only show GH/HS contributions on Profiles if folks
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/03/19/associating-github-accounts-
 with-wordpress-org-profiles/ connect their account], but many don't know
 about that. We could make it more visible by adding a message when folks
 view their own profile (it wouldn't be shown to other users though).

 Attached screenshot has a rough idea.
