Comment:

 The string freeze shouldn't be relevant for this. Right now there isn't a
 WP-CLI version available which includes the changes. But I have
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RP4T41/p1650905015977879
 requested a new nightly on Slack]. Once it's built we can update it on
 w.org.
