 I'm not sure if this is maybe new, but the breadcrumb allows you to "go
 back". Example breadcrumb:

 > Projects / Plugins / Nothing Much / Development (trunk) / German /
 Glossary

 This is similar to any other pages.
 The form for creating a glossary also has a 'Cancel' link.
