 Given #4519 changed this from a more useful `<a href>` to a `<button>`,
 the URL updates, and adding extra UI elements to the page feels like it'll
 just result in a more cluttered appearance.. I'm tempted to close this as
 `worksforme`.

 Ideally, I think we'd revert the #4519 changes and go back to a link,
 potentially with a button or other action specifically targetting
 accessibility purposes. (Ie. Have the `<a>` as the visible link, but a
 `<button>` available to keyboard/screen-readers.
