 When you open [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/] site on a screen below
 380 pixels, then there is a white space at the bottom in the title of the
 components section. The rest of the title does not have any white space.
 Because of this, there is no consistency in the spacing of all the titles
 in the components section.
