 The 'Previous Versions' on a plugin advanced view can be used to download
 previous versions of a plugin.

 This dropdown is currently working on the assumption that the ZIP file for
 a given version will exist.

 When release confirmation is enabled:
  - these ZIPs won't be created for a version, until the version is
 confirmed.
  - In the event that a tag is created, but is never set as the stable tag,
 the ZIP will also never be created.

 The version dropdown should not show plugin versions where the ZIP has not
 yet been created.
