 I like to submit that the schema no longer be in the plugin but rather
 pulled from https://json.schemastore.org/block.json or, once it's ready,
 the new package being proposed to manage the schemas for Gutenberg -
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/35927.

 I'd be happy to open a new ticket if that makes more sense.
