 Not on this site, it's intentionally minimal due to it's limited use and
 use only as a status page in the event WordPress.org is unavailable.

 Adding GA isn't going to be of significant benefit here IMHO, as we won't
 be changing any of the default WordPress.comisms of it anyway.
