 Thanks for the hint @paapst!

 Despite the search engine being Google, I figured we'd prefer for the
 search to 'just work' and not have to expect plugin authors to know that
 having such characters in their title will break the search.

 Limiting the search in this case to being `intext:"Plugin: CookieYes"`
 seems reasonable to work around it. For some plugins, it might match
 multiple plugins.. but I'm not concerned about that, as if they have
 similar enough titles it's probably their own fault :)
