 Looks like this is referring to [11070].

 Can you please open an issue on https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-
 WP/issues for this request? It's easier to implement this in GlotPress
 directly.
 Note that `date_modified` only really gets updated when the status changes
 and so can't be used to find "newly translated strings". That's what
 `date_added` is actually for.
