 Sorry for not being more specific.
 I've been checking the documentation pages under
 https://developer.wordpress.org/ and it seems that in ''most of these
 documentation pages this "Top" link is aligned to the right''

 **The only "section" that has these "Top" links aligned to the left is the
 "Block editor" section** → https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/

 So this change is only needed for documentation pages under
 https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/
