 Yep, that's almost entirely the bbPress Subscription management screen
 (Threads, Forums), although it's got some hooks in it to add extra
 sections - which WordPress.org has added (Plugin, Theme, and mailing list
 sections are not bbPress)

 In all honesty, WordPress.org probably needs to diverge a bit from the
 core bbPress subscription page and add our own to control all of the
 locations emails are sent from, but I feel a bulk unsubscribe option here
 would benefit bbPress core regardless.
