 On translate.wordpress.org when you hover a glossary term, a toolip is
 displayed.
 But when a translation row is opened the toolip may pass behind its title.
 It is clearer on the screenshot, see attachment.

 The problem comes from this css property :

 Maybe we can delete it except if is it useful ?
