 What WP-CLI version is required for this? On wp.org we're still using
 2.2.0 because issue [https://github.com/wp-cli/i18n-command/issues/185
 #185] and [https://github.com/wp-cli/i18n-command/issues/186 #186] are
 preventing an update.
