 Translate: When removing spaced placeholders, only do it if it ends on a
 word boundary.

 This fixes it attempting to correct `100% over` to `100%over`, while still
 allowing it to convert `<a href='% 1 $ s'>` to `<a href='%1$s'>`.

 Follow up to r10683.
