 https://jobs.wordpress.net/wp-sitemap.xml includes a Users sitemap (at
 ahttps://jobs.wordpress.net/wp-sitemap-users-1.xml). This should be
 disabled, and requests to that URL should return a 404 status and template
 behaviour.
