 Are we really sure about this?
 The way that online learning institutions usually increase pass rates,
 retention and throughput is by decreasing the difficulty level.
 I'm not suggesting we should make courses insanely difficult, but a focus
 on usefulness is much more important in my opinion. Sometimes that comes
 with trade-offs - like people realizing the course is not for them and
 choosing something else, or lower pass rates.
