 That was my initial list too, based on the string-length exceptions, but I
 couldn't find anything specific that listed it.

 The string-length exceptions applies to Emoji, Japanese, and: `'ko', 'zh',
 'zh-hk', 'zh-cn', 'zh-sg', 'zh-tw'`
