 Under some conditions, the codecov bot will [https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/pull/1049#issuecomment-786340007 post a comment on a
 PR] with summarizing the impact the PR will have on code coverage.

 Copying these comments over to Trac is not necessary, so the
 `codecov[bot]` user can be added to the ignore list.
