 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => fixed


Comment:

 When you notice something like this you can reject and approve an existing
 translation or add a new translation. Both actions will trigger a recount
 for the extra database table which is used for the filter. It's possible
 that the stats table sometimes gets out of sync.
