 command/tree/revert-175-try/172-exclude-include reverts] an
 [https://github.com/wp-cli/i18n-command/pull/175 upstream change] to
 restore the previous [https://github.com/wp-cli/i18n-command/issues/186
 include/exclude behaviour].
