 It is not possible to use menu with parent and child elements on Rosetta.

 I.E.
 Creating menu

 Extend
 ---- Themes
 ---- Plugins
 ---- Patterns


 Extend menu is visible and usable, but child elements cannot be opened and
 clicked.
