 Showcase thumbnails on pages like https://wordpress.org/showcase/ and
 https://wordpress.org/showcase/tag/cms/ should use a `loading="lazy"`
 attribute.

 Note that this does _not_ apply to the _first_ image in the feature
 carousel.
