Maybe disabling isn't the best idea... I think it would be better that
there is a message that says something in the line of: "The translation
memory doesn't support strings from this length?"
Maybe I'm thinking too hard in OCD terms for this, but I think it might
cause some little confusion when it's gone.
But that's just my two cents.
