 For this there wouldn need to be a backend mechanism added to store and
 identify contributors first.

 It probably has to be self-serve with users manually listed by the
 uploader in the stylesheet or readme file since there is no SVN commit
 history to pull from with themes.

 Should we instead make a ticket to add the backend mechanisms first and
 treat this ticket as the display component after backend work has been
 completed?
