 We are currently restructuring the block editor developer documentation.
 And the main PR is likely to be merged soon.

 According to @mkaz (see
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/28665#pullrequestreview-597722096),
 we need to clean the old files from the handbook since the location of the
 files has changed.

 ''Is this something that needs to be done before merging? Or before
 merging, should I ping a Meta developer to take care of it?''
