 Based on the last proposed design and text above,
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/3999/3999.patch
 3999.patch] is a proposed approach. I'm not very familiar with bbp, so
 there might be a better way to do this. But I really think this has a
 chance of fetching some people who are just about to fill out the wrong
 form.
