 Translate: Automatically correct strings which contain extra spaces within
 HTML tags.

 This fixes strings such as `</ p>`, `<a href="%s" >`, and `< / strong >`.
 `<a   href="#"   >`
 This does not affect spaces between attributes, such as `<a href="#"
 target="_blank">` due to the limited cases recorded of that being an
 issue.
