Comment:

 Just nothing that the final step here would be to add support for support
 reps to themes as well, but this is currently blocked by the new theme
 directory rewrite.

 I could not find a ticket for that, so I can't add any reference
 unfortunately, but as there is no management interface for themes, there's
 also no good way to manage support representatives there yet, but this is
 a high priority from a support point of view in getting them this
 functionality as well.
