 Hello @bijayyadav

 Thank you for creating this ticket and a warm welcome to meta.
 I was feeling something similar that some theme authors didn't follow
 these terms while submitting the request to add their site.

 Instead of adding terms at the top, we can add a link at the top section
 scroll down to the detailed terms section.
