 Ideally links should have more than just color to differentiate them from
 surrounding text, so rather than removing the text-decoration, maybe try
 [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/text-underline-offset
 text-underline-offset]? `0.2em` seems like a good distance in playing with
 it in Inspector.
