 @dd32 Thanks, that would explain (a lot of) it. I tried getting to the
 back end editing/Gutenberg to do things properly, unfortunately, that just
 gave me a blank screen, so the only way to edit the pages was by front-end
 hard coded HTML editing....

 I dearly hope this is not the Gutenberg FSE experiences as that would not
 be a good look.

 Any idea why I couldn't do the backend editing ? And why the front-end
 editing was HTML edits ? (even in the "visual"editor)
