 It would be quite handy on pages like:
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/nl-be/default/wp-plugins/ &
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/nl-be/default/wp-themes/

 that the filters have a feature where projects that are 0% are ignored.
 That way it's easier to find projects where only a few strings are left to
 translate after an update.
