 The menu used to have more items in it, however the other links were moved
 to the footer widget area (Add theme / Developer Handbook / Theme Review
 Team blog) but the commercial themes link remained due to outcry.

 I think it would be good either:
  - Remove the menu entirely, pushing Commercial link to the footer
 OR
  - Restore the Theme developer handbook & Team blog links, maybe keep the
 Add Theme link out of the menu
  - Right align the menu, so it's less header looking.
